THE ROLE:
The Operational Insights Specialist is responsible for supporting daily contact center analytics and embedding generative AI tools into routine operational and reporting workflows. Applying foundational analytical skills and professional expertise, this role utilizes established AI models and prompt pipelines to process unstructured customer interaction data. You will work within defined frameworks to generate actionable reports on customer sentiment, agent performance, and operational trends for management review. Through routine data validation and prompt execution, you will help improve analytical efficiency and drive continuous service improvements across the department.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- AI Workflow Execution: Execute and monitor automated AI prompt pipelines to analyze daily contact center interaction logs, transcripts, and customer sentiment metrics
- Data Synthesis & Insights: Transform unstructured contact center data into structured summary metrics highlighting operational bottlenecks, agent performance, and emerging trends
- Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain recurring visual dashboards, executive summaries, and performance scorecards using SQL and BI platforms like Tableau or Snowflake
- Process Automation Support: Partner with contact center management to identify manual reporting tasks and apply standard AI tools to streamline routine data collection
- Prompt Validation & Quality: Audit AI-generated outputs and apply prompt refinement frameworks to ensure high analytical accuracy and minimize model hallucinations
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with IT and Data Engineering teams to support standard data pipeline maintenance and ensure secure AI integration practices
- Team Enablement: Assist in documenting AI analytics workflows and support peer team members in adopting generative AI tools within daily analytical tasks
- Operational Reporting: Prepare and present routine trend analyses and respond promptly to ad hoc data requests from leadership to support operational decision-making
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operational analysis, with active exposure to AI platforms or LLM workflows
- AI & Prompting Expertise: Practical experience utilizing top-tier AI models (e.g., Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI) and low-code/API automation tools for data processing
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) metrics, including AHT, CSAT, FCR, QA scores, and speech analytics platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake), with familiarity using scripting languages (Python or R) for data manipulation
- Analytical Storytelling: Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, structured narratives and actionable recommendations for departmental stakeholders
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related quantitative field

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager, GTM Training to lead and evolve our onboarding & sales training function. This is a player-coach role responsible for overseeing a team of trainers while remaining actively engaged in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning experiences across the Commercial organization.
Reporting to the Director of Enablement, this leader will oversee the Revenue Training Manager, BDR Trainer, and Principal Sales Trainer, ensuring a cohesive training strategy that scales across every stage of the seller journey. As the strategic bridge between Commercial Leadership and Enablement, this role will translate business priorities into high-impact training initiatives that improve seller readiness, productivity, and revenue performance.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading people, influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating executive-level training, and building scalable enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability
- Establish consistent standards, best practices, and development plans across the training team

Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Personally design and facilitate high-impact training programs, workshops, leadership sessions, certifications, and strategic initiatives
- Deliver onboarding, sales methodology, product, process, and skill development programs for GTM teams as needed
- Facilitate role plays, deal simulations, certification sessions, and executive workshops
- Provide one-on-one and cohort coaching to accelerate performance across new hires, tenured sellers, and sales leaders
- Lead Gong-based call coaching sessions focused on reinforcing desired behaviors and improving execution
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as the primary strategic training partner for Leadership

Content & Enablement Alignment
- Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and subject matter experts to transform messaging, product updates, and strategic initiatives into actionable learning
- Ensure training content remains accurate, current, and aligned to GTM messaging
- Oversee training assets within the LMS, Docebo + Articulate
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and measure training success through adoption, proficiency, certification completion, behavior change, and business impact
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative feedback to continuously improve learning programs
- Benchmark industry best practices and introduce innovative approaches to modern sales enablement
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement
- 2+ years leading enablement professionals
- Demonstrated success building and scaling sales training programs in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology organization
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience delivering executive-level, virtual, and in-person learning experiences
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and enablement best practices
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, or similar frameworks
- Experience coaching sales teams using Gong or comparable conversation intelligence platforms
- Familiarity with enablement technologies such as Seismic, Docebo + Articulate, Salesforce, Gong, and related platforms

THE ROLE:
The Content Admin is a key member of the Learning and Development team, responsible for translating complex product specifications into actionable support content. You will partner with the Legal and Studio teams and Product stakeholders to maintain a library of internal agent-facing scripts and external user-facing FAQs. - Knowledge Base Maintenance: Create and update external user-facing FAQ content for DailyPay’s core products (US EWA, DP Card, etc.) and upcoming international launches
- Agent Empowerment: Develop internal Knowledge Base articles and support scripting (talk tracks) to ensure agents provide accurate, on-brand resolutions
- AI-Enabled Content Workflows: Design, implement, and maintain AI-assisted content workflows (e.g., article auto-drafting, smart tagging, automated verification cadences) within Zendesk and adjacent tools — including the human QA loops, documentation, and performance monitoring required to keep them accurate and reliable after launch
- Internal Communications: Draft ad-hoc internal content such as team newsletters, Slack announcements, and email notifications to keep the Operations team informed
- Editorial Collaboration: Partner with the Legal and Studio teams to perform proofreading, revisions, and brand-voice alignment across all Support collateral
- Content Planning Support: Work with Product stakeholders and L&D team members to execute a content roadmap that anticipates upcoming product releases and feature updates

To power this momentum, we are rapidly expanding our sales organization. The SME Account Executive is a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional responsible for driving net new business within the 500–2,000 employee segment. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, focusing on regional territory growth. - Own the full sales cycle for prospective clients with <1,000 employees, consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, account-based outreach, referrals, and strategic follow-up

- 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within HR, Payroll, HCM, HRIS, or related technology solutions
- Proven success in a predominantly outbound sales environment with a track record of self-generating pipeline and exceeding quota
- Familiarity with MEDPICC and Sandler sales methodologies
- Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and experience building value-based business cases

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & ML team in New York City. You will play a key role in maturing and scaling our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of ML models in production. This role requires deep hands-on experience with MLOps principles, cloud infrastructure, and a track record of delivering robust ML systems in a fast-moving environment.
You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality ML solutions that directly impact DailyPay's core products. You are expected to operate with significant autonomy: defining work, identifying dependencies, and raising the bar for the team around you.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Platform Ownership: Help architect and build DailyPay's unified ML platform - a unified system for model development, deployment, and monitoring that serves as the backbone for every AI and ML capability at the company.
- MLOps Architecture & Delivery: Design and implement scalable ML pipelines covering model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Own the delivery of end-to-end MLOps solutions with minimal oversight.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for machine learning workloads, balancing cost-effectiveness, security, and availability.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models and related infrastructure.
- Monitoring & Observability: Design monitoring and alerting systems for ML infrastructure and models using tools like Datadog. Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact production.
- Technical Leadership: Lead design discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and establish team norms for how ML systems are built, tested, and maintained. Help identify and remove blockers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers. Share domain knowledge and help build genuine technical depth on the team.
- Security & Compliance: Approach all engineering work with a security lens. Actively look for vulnerabilities in code and during peer reviews. Ensure ML pipelines handle sensitive data in accordance with company policy.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, MLOps, or data engineering

THE ROLE:

This individual will be a pivotal member of our Implementation team, leading the deployment of our SaaS solution for our Small to Enterprise sized accounts.
