About Eve
Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how law is practiced, this is where you belong.
Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.
About the Role
You already know search has changed. Our audience is researching their options in AI first, and seeing Google AI Overviews before they see a single blue link.
We're hiring someone to own how Eve shows up across AI answer engines and turn that visibility into a real growth channel.
This is a scrappy, hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who can get creative with content and distribution — using AI and technical skill to make things worth citing, not just things that exist.
Content quality is non-negotiable here. We have a hard line against AI slop, and we're looking for someone whose instincts are audience-first to keep content valuable.
What You'll Accomplish
Drive Eve’s strategy and execution for showing up across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.
Create content built to get cited, not just published. Deliver pieces most likely to earn AI citations at scale, held to the same accuracy bar as everything else we publish to attorneys.
Build and maintain AEO measurement reporting. Track Eve's citation rate, share of voice, and visibility across AI answer engines against competitors in our category, and report progress against our AI-visibility goals.
Shore up owned properties for AEO/GEO. Audit and improve eve.legal content so it's structured for AI retrieval: clear answers, FAQ and comparison content, schema and structured data, citation-ready formatting
Get Eve into the conversations where citations originate in collaboration across marketing and PR. A few examples: review sites and legal-tech directories, plaintiff-firm and legal-ops communities, legal-tech press and analysts.
Run growth experiments across channels. Test what actually moves citation rate and share of voice, like new content formats, distribution channels, community placements.
Manage contract and agency support. Brief and manage contractors across content creation, AEO, and technical SEO.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
A track record of moving AI visibility and content growth metrics: AI citations, organic traffic, qualified sign-ups. You can point to specific work and explain what you did, how you did it and why.
A scrappy, ship-it mindset. You'd rather try something, measure it, and move on than spend a week on a strategy deck. You’re excited about building the AEO playbook for Eve, and you’ve got a point of view on where SEO, AEO, and AI-native workflows are headed next.
Working SEO knowledge. Enough hands-on understanding of search, schema, and AI retrieval to know what's broken and what's worth fixing first.
Strong writer. You can produce content good enough to publish for an audience of lawyers. You can identify strong angles and hooks, and you have opinions on how to hit a high-quality bar.
Comfortable in the tools of the job for AI visibility (e.g., Profound, Peec AI), content creation (e.g., Airops), SEO and organic traffic (e.g., Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush/GA4).
Experience briefing and managing contractors/agencies. You know how to delegate without losing the quality bar.
Bonus Points
Experience in legal tech, B2B SaaS, or another skeptical/non-technical buyer audience.
Existing relationships with legal-industry communities, publications, directories, or analysts.
Coding or vibe-coding experience
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Eve and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

About This Role
Eve's Demand Generation Strategist helps us reach, engage, and convert prospects across the channels that make sense for the audience, including email, paid search, and paid social, with AI woven into the workflow. No batch and blast. This role supports strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization of campaigns based on real performance data. You'll help design multi-touch programs, including nurture streams, lifecycle emails, webinar and newsletter promotion, and paid channel touches, working closely with the revenue marketing team on positioning, tone, and strategy. The role blends demand generation fundamentals, channel versatility, and growing AI fluency.
What You Will Accomplish
Support the design and execution of multi-touch demand generation campaigns targeting plaintiff law firms, potentially spanning email, outbound, paid search, and paid social, from ICP definition through sequence design and reply handling.
Help build demand gen programs across whichever channels fit the audience (email, paid social, paid search, etc.) that move leads from first touch to booked meeting.
Help fuel demand programs: align audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences, support webinar and event registrations, provide pre-event air cover and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based plays against high-value firm segments.
Help monitor deliverability, list health, and segmentation, and support performance tracking across other channels in play so every audience gets a relevant message.
Help run structured tests on subject lines, copy, cadence, send timing, and channel mix, and contribute to playbooks the whole team can use.
Work with Sales and RevOps and the revenue marketing team to align messaging across channels with pipeline goals, and report clearly on what is working.
What We Are Looking For
2-3 years in demand generation, email marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Solid fundamentals: deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and testing discipline.
Experience integrating demand motions promoting webinars and events, feeding nurture programs, or supporting ABM plays.
Growing AI fluency: you're comfortable using AI tools, learning how to prompt them well, and understanding where automation ends and human craft begins.
Fluency in funnel metrics and you optimize for pipeline, not vanity numbers.
Comfort with data: you use reply rates, conversion rates, and pipeline to guide decisions, not gut feel.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or another relationship-driven vertical.
Hands-on time with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar enrichment, sequencing, or paid channel platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
Exposure to building AI-assisted workflows, beyond just using out-of-the-box features.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

About This Role
Eve's Performance Marketing Manager helps run paid acquisition, a core engine of our demand program. You'll work across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, supporting strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization. The campaigns don't live in a silo. Paid at Eve fuels everything downstream: it fills webinars, feeds nurture sequences, drives event registrations, and puts target accounts into motion. This is a hands-on role. You'll build campaigns, dig into the data, and partner closely with lifecycle, events, content, sales, and RevOps to help paid amplify every program we run. You'll get real, hands-on experience with live budgets and a direct line of sight from your work to closed revenue.
What You Will Accomplish
Support the paid media budget and strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging channels, helping with planning and daily optimization.
Help build, launch, and iterate on full-funnel campaigns that drive demo requests and qualified pipeline, not just clicks.
Support a steady testing program across audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers, and help flag what isn't working fast.
Help fuel demand programs with paid: align audiences, offers, and landing pages with nurture sequences, support webinar and event registrations, provide pre-event air cover and post-event retargeting, and contribute to account-based plays against high-value firm segments.
Help evaluate new paid channels (content syndication, podcast sponsorships, newsletters) and provide recommendations on what earns a place in the mix.
Track performance against targets for CPL, cost per SQL, pipeline generated, and ROAS, and report on them clearly to your manager and leadership.
Work with Sales and RevOps to keep attribution honest, and partner with content and design on ad creative and landing pages that sound like Eve: specific, direct, grounded in real outcomes.
Support agency or contractor relationships where it makes sense, working closely with the team to keep strategy in-house.
What We Are Looking For
2-3 years in performance or growth marketing, with hands-on experience running paid campaigns in B2B SaaS.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads; you've built and managed these campaigns yourself, not just reviewed someone else's dashboard.
Experience integrating paid with other demand motions: promoting webinars and events, feeding nurture programs, or supporting ABM plays.
Fluency in funnel metrics: you can explain the difference between CPL, CPMQL, and ROAS, and you optimize for pipeline, not vanity numbers.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable in GA4, spreadsheets, a CRM, and a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Salesforce plus Marketo or similar).
Exposure to conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
Clear, direct communication; you can explain campaign performance simply and confidently to your team.
A bias for action. You'd rather launch a test this week than plan the perfect one for next month.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or another trust-driven vertical.
Familiarity with ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) and intent data.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment (Series A–C)
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
