Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.
The Role
As an AVP, Wealth Advisor on the Focus Team, you will be a producing advisor building your own book of business from the ground up, with a clear path to owning the practice you build.
The Focus Team exists to be the premier pathway to building your own thriving financial advisory practice. We provide the infrastructure, specialized knowledge, and market access that would take years to develop on your own—so you can focus on what matters: serving clients and growing your business.
You'll join a collaborative team with advisors at all levels—from those building their first book to senior advisors approaching partnership. Leadership is accessible, knowledge is shared freely, and everyone is invested in each other's success. We believe the sum is greater than its parts, and that belief shapes everything we do.
The Focus Team Difference
Joining the Focus Team isn't just joining Farther—it's joining a team within Farther that provides:
Unmatched Market Access: We conduct events inside major Fortune 500 companies nationwide. When prospects see you presenting in their own building, credibility is instant. This access took years to build. You get it on day one.
Specialized Knowledge Training: We don't just teach you how to sell. We teach you the internal language, benefits structures, and culture of our target companies so deeply that prospects recognize you as an insider. This is the edge that sets our advisors apart.
Dedicated Support Infrastructure: Support from a dedicated team for service, marketing support, and tools—resources the team invests in that you'd never have access to on your own.
Accessible, Collaborative Culture: Leadership is hands-on and approachable. The team lead does the same work he asks anyone else to do. Ideas flow freely across all levels, and senior advisors actively mentor those coming up behind them.
Your Impact
Build Your Client Base: Leverage the Focus Team's established market access and coordinated events to connect with high-net-worth prospects. We run events inside major corporations—going where most advisors can't—giving you direct access to qualified prospects in environments where trust is already established.
Deliver Exceptional Advisory Services: Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions that uncover clients' true financial objectives. Present customized wealth management solutions using Farther's technology platform to deliver a client experience that traditional advisories simply can't match.
Leverage Specialized Knowledge: Tap into deep institutional knowledge of our target markets. We train advisors on internal company terminology, benefits programs, and culture so thoroughly that prospects often assume you work alongside them. This isn't generic sales training—it's the kind of insider knowledge that builds instant credibility.
Grow With The Team: Participate in the Leadership Development Program as you progress, mentor future advisors, and contribute to expanding into new markets. Your success creates opportunities for others, and their success amplifies yours.
The Ideal Match
2+ years of proven success in financial services sales, with specific experience advising stock market investors
Current Investment Adviser Representative designation, Series 65
Demonstrated history of exceeding client acquisition targets
Exceptional relationship-building abilities and consultative selling approach
Comprehensive understanding of investment vehicles, strategies, and market dynamics
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Advanced proficiency with modern CRM systems and financial planning software
Bonus Points

Proven track record working with high-net-worth individuals ($1M+ investable assets)
Experience in fintech or digital-first wealth management environments
