About the role The Role We're hiring a product engineer who owns features end to end — from a loosely defined customer problem to shipped, measured, iterated product. You'll work across the stack on Terra, our AI property intelligence platform: conversational answers over land records, risk-graded title diligence, outcome-led verification products, and the surfaces where AI judgment meets real users making expensive, irreversible decisions. This is not a ticket-execution role. You'll talk to users, decide what to build, ship it fast, and watch what happens. What You'll Work On AI-native product surfaces. Chat and search experiences over property records - streaming responses, citations and provenance display, multilingual UX, and graceful handling of model uncertainty. The hard part isn't calling an API; it's designing how AI output earns user trust. Intelligence products people pay for. Verification packs, diligence reports, and the purchase flows behind them — packaging AI-derived judgment into outcomes users trust enough to buy, where clarity and reliability directly drive revenue. Full-stack feature ownership. Frontend (React/React Native), backend services (Python/Node), and the APIs that connect product to our ML and data pipelines. Evals as product infrastructure. Building evaluation suites that measure whether Terra's agents actually help users — reading transcripts to find capability gaps, defining target behaviors, turning production failures into test cases, and giving the ML team evidence-backed priorities instead of vibes. Speed with judgment. Prototyping with AI coding tools, instrumenting what you ship, and killing or doubling down based on usage data. What We're Looking For 4–8 years shipping consumer or B2B product as a full-stack or frontend-leaning engineer, ideally at a startup or on a fast-moving product team. Strong product instincts — you've made calls about what to build, not just how, and you can defend them with user evidence. Solid TypeScript/JavaScript and React; comfort with at least one backend stack (Python or Node) and relational databases. Experience building on LLM APIs or shipping AI-powered features is a strong plus — especially streaming UX, structured outputs, or agentic flows. Hands-on experience evaluating AI systems: you've built eval sets or task suites, dug through model transcripts to diagnose failures, and can articulate specifically what model behaviors you'd change and why. A systems thinker — when you find a problem, you build the instrumentation or eval that catches its whole class, not just the one instance. Care for craft: you sweat copy, states, edge cases, and latency, because in a trust product the details are the product. Comfort with ambiguity, multilingual users, and the messiness of Indian government data. Nice to Have Payments/checkout experience in the Indian market (UPI, gateways, refunds). Mobile experience (React Native or native). Familiarity with agentic eval frameworks or benchmark-style task suites (SWE-bench-style or similar), and daily use of AI coding agents with opinions about where they fall short. Design sensibility — you can take a feature from rough idea to polished UI without waiting on a designer. Experience in fintech, legal tech, or other domains where users make high-stakes decisions. Your First 90 Days Days 1–30: Ship and absorb. Land your first production change in week one. Talk to users — buyers, brokers, lenders — and read agent transcripts until you can name the top three places Terra loses user trust. Own one product surface end to end. Days 31–60: Own an outcome. Take a revenue- or trust-critical flow — a verification product, the conversational experience, a diligence report — and move its metric: conversion, completion, satisfaction, or eval pass rate. Stand up or extend the eval/instrumentation that proves it. Days 61–90: Set direction. Propose the next product bet backed by what you've seen in usage data and transcripts, and start building it. By now you should be the person the team asks "what should we do here?" for your surface — with evidence, not opinions. Why This Role You'll ship to real users solving a problem that matters — property fraud and opaque titles cost Indian families dearly. Small, senior team with no layers between you and customers; your decisions reach production in days. A rare chance to define what AI-native product UX looks like for a category nobody has built before. Backed by Y Combinator and top investors, with real revenue and growing usage. About the role The Role Frontier labs post-train on the open internet. We post-train on data the internet has never seen — handwritten deeds in six languages, regional-dialect voice conversations, survey maps and satellite imagery, decades of skewed scans. Off-the-shelf models, even the best ones, fail on this distribution. Closing that gap is the job. Terra is a multi-agent system where models converse with users in voice and text, read documents and site photos, reason over video and GIS data, and make judgment calls that lenders and families act on. You'll own post-training across this surface: adapting open-weight models — language, vision-language, speech, and beyond — to the modalities and behaviors Terra needs, end to end from data curation through training, evals, and deployment. This is hands-on training work in production, not prompt engineering with extra steps. What You'll Work On Multimodal post-training. SFT and preference optimization (DPO/GRPO-class methods) on open-weight models across text, vision, and speech — document understanding today; voice agents, video, and geospatial reasoning on the near-term roadmap. Agentic behavior tuning. Training models to be good agents, not just good predictors — tool use, multi-step reasoning, code-switching across Indian languages, knowing when to escalate versus answer, and grounding every claim in evidence. Provenance-grounded outputs. Structured generation where answers carry their evidence — schema design, constrained decoding, and training strategies that make models cite rather than hallucinate. In our domain, a confident wrong answer costs someone their home. Speech and voice adaptation. Adapting ASR/TTS and speech-LLM models for Indian languages, accents, and the messy acoustics of real phone calls — so Terra can serve users who will never type. GIS and visual grounding. Teaching models to reason over survey maps, plot boundaries, and satellite imagery, and to reconcile them with what documents claim. Training data as a product. Annotation taxonomy design, mining production transcripts and failures into training data, and building the flywheel that compounds quality across every modality. Evals that gate releases. Evaluation suites per modality and per agent behavior, with regional quality floors — a model that works in Telangana but breaks in Karnataka never ships. What We're Looking For 3–7 years in ML engineering with hands-on post-training experience: you've personally run SFT or preference-optimization jobs on open-weight models and shipped the result, not just read the papers. Depth in at least one modality beyond text — vision-language, speech, video, or geospatial — and the appetite to expand into the others. Nobody arrives knowing all of them; we care that you've gone deep once and can do it again. Fluency with the modern training stack: PyTorch, Hugging Face ecosystem (transformers, PEFT, TRL or similar), experiment tracking, GPU training workflows. Strong evaluation instincts — you design the eval before the training run, and you explain regressions from error analysis, not vibes. Data-centric mindset: you know most post-training wins come from better data, and you have the tooling sense to build curation pipelines. Solid Python and the engineering discipline to make training reproducible. Nice to Have Experience tuning models for agentic behavior: tool use, function calling, multi-turn dialogue, or RL on agent trajectories. VLM fine-tuning (Qwen, Nemotron, Gemma class) or speech-model adaptation (Whisper-class ASR, speech LLMs, TTS) for Indic languages. DPO/RLHF/GRPO experience, reward modeling, or preference-data design. Inference optimization: vLLM, quantization, multi-adapter serving. Remote sensing, GIS, or video understanding background. Domains where provenance and correctness are non-negotiable — legal, fintech, healthcare. Your First 90 Days Days 1–30: Ground truth. Ship an improvement to a production model in your first two weeks. Read documents, listen to call recordings, study failure transcripts until you understand why this data breaks pretrained models. Own quality for one model surface end to end. Days 31–60: Own a modality. Take full ownership of one post-training track — document VLMs, voice, or agent behavior — including its data pipeline, eval suite, and a measurable quality lift shipped to production. Days 61–90: Shape the stack. Make the call on a structural bet — preference optimization rollout, a new modality's training approach, adapter consolidation — backed by evidence from your first 60 days. By now you should be setting post-training direction across Terra, not just executing it. About the role About the Role As a CRM Operations Executive at Landeed, you will be at the heart of our customer requirement process — communicating with stakeholders, keeping customers informed, supporting upsell targets, and coordinating between our online and offline teams. About the role ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a curious, technically fluent communicator to join our pre-sales team as an Associate Solutions Engineer. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer — helping enterprise prospects understand and experience what our platform can do. Work closely with Account Executives to prepare for enterprise sales conversations and proof-of-concept engagements. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 0–2 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or pre-sales role — or a strong internship in a product or SaaS company. About the role About the role: We are looking for a Senior GIS Engineer who can go beyond map creation and take ownership of GIS data pipelines across multiple Indian states. At Landeed, maps are not visual artifacts — they are structured intelligence layers that power title diligence, compliance checks, and legal workflows. This role requires someone who understands GIS from a data, database, and automation perspective — not just spatial visualization. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to expand, clean, structure, and automate GIS datasets for urban, peri-urban, and rural areas across India. Responsibilities: 1. GIS Data Engineering & Database Management Structure and manage GIS datasets within databases Ensure spatial data is optimized, queryable, and scalable Work with backend teams to integrate GIS layers into product workflows Maintain data integrity across multiple state-level datasets 2. Data Analysis & Usability Assessment Analyze GIS datasets from a business and product lens Evaluate completeness, accuracy, and usability of data Identify missing attributes, inconsistencies, and structural issues Recommend improvements for better downstream usage 3. Data Cleaning & Preparation Clean raw GIS datasets for production use Standardize formats, projections, and attribute schemas Ensure data consistency across different states and sources Prepare GIS data for integration into APIs and dashboards 4. Website Parsing & Data Structuring Understand how government and agency GIS data is structured online Parse portals and structured map repositories Reverse-engineer data schemas when required 5. Scraping & Automation Use scraping frameworks to collect GIS data programmatically Build automation pipelines to keep datasets updated Monitor changes in government portals and ensure dataset freshness Work with engineering team on scalable ingestion workflows 6.
