About the Role
Neo Security is hiring a Social Media Manager to build and run our voice across LinkedIn, X, and other channels where security practitioners, engineers, and IT leaders spend their time. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day content calendar, community engagement, and channel growth, while also partnering with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and our founders to amplify launches, events, research, and thought leadership.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who understands how security and technical audiences behave online, can write in a distinct brand voice, and knows how to turn organic social into a real source of pipeline and brand awareness.
What You'll Do
Own the social media strategy, voice, and content calendar across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant channels.
Write, design (with support), and publish daily/weekly content, including product updates, thought leadership, event recaps, memes, and employee/founder-driven posts.
Grow and engage Neo Security's channels, responding to comments and DMs and building relationships with security practitioners, researchers, and influencers in the space.
Partner with Product Marketing on launch and campaign amplification, and with Field Marketing to promote events, webinars, and conference presence in real time.
Run an executive/employee advocacy and ghostwriting program, helping founders and subject-matter experts build their personal brand and amplify company content.
Monitor social and industry conversation for real-time engagement opportunities (news, breaches, research, memes) and coordinate rapid-response content when relevant.
Track and report on channel performance (followers, engagement, reach, click-through, social-sourced pipeline) and use data to refine strategy.
Manage relationships with any social/design agencies, freelancers, or contractors supporting content production.
Stay on top of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging channels, and recommend where Neo Security should invest next.
Ensure all social content aligns with brand voice and guidelines and reflects credibly on a security company (accuracy, tone, and professionalism matter).
Requirements
3-5+ years managing social media for a B2B SaaS, tech, or security company, with a portfolio of channels you've grown and content you've written.
Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to adapt tone and voice across formats (short-form posts, threads, video scripts, captions).
Strong grasp of LinkedIn and X best practices for a technical, security-savvy audience — you know what makes security Twitter/X and security LinkedIn tick.
Experience using social analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform analytics).
Comfort working closely with executives and engineers to source, shape, and ghostwrite content on their behalf.
Basic design skills or comfort briefing a designer/using tools like Canva or Figma to produce on-brand visuals.
Ability to work independently, manage a fast-moving daily content calendar, and react quickly to real-time trends or news.
Based in the United States, able to work across U.S. time zones.
Nice to Haves
Existing familiarity with or presence in the cybersecurity community online (practitioners, researchers, vendors, analysts).
Experience running paid social or boosting organic content to support pipeline goals.
Video editing skills or experience producing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Experience building or running an employee advocacy program at scale.
Background at an early-stage startup where you owned social as a one-person function.
Familiarity with social app optimization and how social content supports broader organic growth.

Neo Security is looking for a Director of Field Marketing & Events to build and lead our field marketing function from the ground up. You will own the strategy and execution of everything that puts our brand and our team in front of prospects and customers in person and virtually: conferences, executive roundtables, regional field events, our own user summit, and sponsorships. You'll partner closely with Sales, Sales Development, and Product Marketing to turn pipeline and revenue targets into a calendar of high-impact programs, and you'll be the person in the room ensuring every event ties back to measurable pipeline and brand outcomes.
This is a player-coach role for someone who has run field marketing in a fast-moving B2B security or infrastructure software company, is comfortable owning a budget and a number, and enjoys both the strategic planning and the on-the-ground execution of events.
What You'll Do
Own the field marketing strategy and calendar across regions, including third-party conferences (e.g., RSA, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit), industry roundtables, executive dinners, regional meetups, and Neo Security's flagship user/customer event.
Build and manage the field marketing budget, allocating spend across sponsorships, owned events, and travel to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to align event and field programs with territory plans, target account lists, and pipeline goals.
Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and integrated regional campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation and Product Marketing.
Manage vendor and sponsorship relationships, negotiating contracts and evaluating conference ROI to inform future investment.
Lead event logistics end-to-end: venue selection, booth/space design, staffing, swag and collateral, speaker sessions, and on-site execution.
Define and report on field marketing KPIs (pipeline sourced/influenced, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity, event attendance and conversion) and present results to marketing and sales leadership.
Build and manage a team of field marketers and/or event coordinators as the program scales, including contractors and agencies for peak event seasons.
Represent the marketing function at key industry events, occasionally including public-facing or spokesperson duties.
Stay current on the cybersecurity conference and analyst landscape to identify new, high-value opportunities for visibility.
Requirements
8+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership or head-of-function role.
Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical/enterprise IT space.
Proven track record designing field programs that generate measurable pipeline, with fluency in pipeline attribution and marketing ROI reporting.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale industry conferences and sponsorships (booth strategy, speaking slots, executive briefings).
Strong budget management skills, including vendor negotiation and cost/ROI tracking across a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar annual events budget.
Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership and working from a shared pipeline/revenue targets model.
Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and event management/registration tools.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to run multiple concurrent events and workstreams without dropping details.
Willingness to travel domestically up to 30-40%, including some evenings/weekends around major industry events.
Based in the United States, able to work across U.S. time zones.
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing to security, IT, or DevOps buyer personas (CISOs, security engineers, IT admins).
Familiarity with the cybersecurity conference circuit and analyst ecosystem (Gartner, Forrester) and existing relationships with sponsors/organizers.
Experience building a field marketing function from an early stage at a startup or scale-up (Series B–D or equivalent).
Experience running executive-level programs, such as CISO advisory boards, dinners, or invite-only briefings.
Background in partner or channel marketing events.
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and integrating field programs into ABM plays.
Creative eye for booth design, event branding, and on-site experience.

About the Role
Neo Security is looking for a Director of Demand Generation to own the pipeline engine behind our growth. You'll be responsible for building, running, and optimizing the full-funnel demand strategy that turns target accounts and inbound interest into qualified pipeline: paid media, email nurture, webinars, content syndication, ABM programs, and lifecycle marketing. You'll partner closely with Sales, SDR/BDR leadership, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and RevOps to hit shared pipeline and revenue targets, and you'll own the reporting that shows exactly how marketing dollars turn into opportunities and closed revenue.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who has run demand gen in a fast-growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company, is fluent in funnel metrics and marketing attribution, and knows how to build repeatable, scalable programs rather than one-off campaigns.
What You'll Do
Own the demand generation strategy and quarterly plan, setting pipeline and MQL/SQL targets in partnership with Sales and finance/RevOps.
Build and run multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, email nurture, webinars, and content syndication.
Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting named accounts, in close coordination with Sales and Field Marketing.
Own marketing automation and lifecycle strategy (lead scoring, nurture tracks, routing rules) in partnership with RevOps/marketing ops.
Manage the demand gen budget across channels, continuously reallocating spend based on cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and pipeline ROI.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into high-converting campaign assets, landing pages, and offers.
Build and own the demand gen reporting and dashboards (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced/influenced, conversion rates, CAC) and present results to marketing and sales leadership.
Run experimentation and testing across channels and offers to continuously improve funnel conversion at every stage.
Manage relationships with paid media, ABM, and marketing automation vendors/agencies.
Build and lead a team of demand gen managers/specialists as the function scales.
Requirements
7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role owning a pipeline number.
Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or another technical/enterprise IT space.
Proven track record building and scaling multi-channel demand programs that reliably generate pipeline against target.
Deep fluency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), including lead scoring, routing, and attribution setups.
Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning funnel metrics, building dashboards, and defending marketing ROI to Sales and finance.
Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, and/or industry-specific ad platforms) and evaluating channel performance.
Experience running or partnering closely on ABM programs and account-based plays with Sales.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, SDR, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
Based in the United States, able to work across U.S. time zones.
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing to security, IT, or DevOps buyer personas (CISOs, security engineers, IT admins).
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and intent data providers.
Experience building a demand gen function from an early stage at a startup or scale-up (Series B–D or equivalent).
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions alongside traditional demand gen.
Familiarity with SEO/organic and how it complements paid and outbound demand programs.
Experience partnering with Field Marketing to integrate event pipeline into the broader demand engine.
