About the Team
The fraud risk management team at Rain creates sophisticated, scalable risk mitigation solutions to protect our customers and provide them a low-friction experience. We achieve this by maintaining transaction and lifecycle event monitoring, building alerts to speed up fraud detection and response, and creating risk rules and strategies empowered with ML models. Own the metrics, dashboards, and reports that inform business strategy and decision-making

About the Team
The Accounting team is responsible for building and operating the financial foundation of a global digital-asset and payments platform. What you’ll do

Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities
Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements
Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale
Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation
Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis
Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606

About the Role
Rain is hiring a Marketing Manager β LATAM to localize and scale our go-to-market across Latin & South America. Youβll be the regionβs first dedicated marketer, collaborating with BD and Global Marketing (NYC) to grow Rainβs partnerships with scaled crypto apps, neobanks, fintechs, and regional banks. This is a full-stack B2B role: youβll refine target account lists, shape the narrative for the region, and run the mixβevents, content, partner marketing, market-specific activations, product marketing/sales collateral, paid campaigns, and PR.
Youβll operate as an IC at first while building a foundation (competitive research, localized messaging, playbooks, and repeatable programs), with the possibility to hire specialized freelancers/agencies and full-time staff over time. Youβll collaborate closely with HQ (NYC) to keep the brand consistent, while tailoring for local realities.
What Youβll Do
Regional GTM & planning. Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets; define objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars
Target account strategy. Partner with BD leadership to refine ICPs and named account lists; run ABM campaigns and outreach plays by segment (exchanges, neobanks, fintechs, banks)
Partner & field marketing. Design co-marketing with strategic partners (announcements, case studies, webinars, in-person events); equip BD with region-ready plays
Localization & product marketing. Translate and adapt messaging, proof points, one-pagers, pricing narratives, and demos for local buyers; maintain a regional message house
Content for the region. Produce market-specific explainers, regulatory primers, and customer stories that educate enterprise buyers on onchain payments
Events & activations. Own LATAM event strategy (flagship conferences, roadshows, private roundtables); drive pre/during/post programs and measurable ROI
Comms & PR. Coordinate regional PR/earned moments with HQ comms and agencies.
Measurement. Be accountable for pipeline influence in-region; report insights and iterate quickly
Enablement. Build regional sales decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and case studies
Feedback loop. Bring market signal (customer pain, regulatory shifts, competitors) back to HQ to sharpen Rainβs overall strategy
What we're looking for
7β10 years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time operating in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure
Comfortable starting from first principles, creating clarity, and shipping programs solo before scaling
Strong grasp of ABM and how marketing fuels enterprise deals; you set KPIs and own outcomes
Can translate technical concepts (stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, compliance) into clear value for executives and product leaders
Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred. Strong written skills for localization
Cross-functional partner. Thrives working with BD, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Design across time zones
Practical fluency with CRM/marketing automation, analytics, and AI content/translation workflows
Based in LATAM (or ability to frequently travel to the region); willing to travel ~25β40% for partners and events

What You’ll Do
As a Head of Licensing, you’ll be responsible for driving our regulatory licensing strategy across the U.S. and international markets. This role sits at the heart of our legal, compliance, and expansion roadmap, ensuring we have the approvals in place to operate globally. You will:
Contribute to Rains’s overall US and international licensing strategy
Support the end-to-end process of obtaining and maintaining Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) across U.S. states and other licenses internationally (e.g., EMI, VASP, payment institution, or equivalent licenses depending on jurisdiction)
Draft, review, and submit licensing applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure license obligations are embedded into day-to-day operations
Monitor regulatory developments globally and flag changes that may impact licensing strategy or requirements
Contribute to process improvements to make licensing more scalable, efficient, and audit-ready
Build a team for license renewals, maintenance, and regulatory audit preparedness
What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years’ experience in regulatory licensing in the U.S., Europe, and other international markets (preferably within virtual asset, fintech, payments, or financial services)
Hands-on experience with MTLs or similar financial regulatory licenses
Strong understanding of U.S. state-level financial regulation and/or international licensing regimes

About the Role
A Corporate Paralegal to support legal, compliance, and operational workflows. In this position, you’ll not only handle traditional corporate paralegal responsibilities but also play a critical role in supporting our partnerships and strategic initiatives, helping keep us compliant and nimble in the fast-paced cryptocurrency regulatory environment. Success in this role requires self-reliance, resourcefulness, and organization. You’ll love this position if you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy taking initiative, and are eager to wear many hats. As a member of our legal team, you’ll be entrusted with sensitive information, complex projects, and direct interactions with key internal and external stakeholders. What You’ll Do
Legal Support
Prepare, review, edit, proofread, and manage legal documents, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
Organize and maintain our corporate records, ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements, and assist in managing corporate and financial licensing/regulatory filings across multiple domestic and international jurisdictions
Assist with gathering and organizing documents for transaction and partnership diligence
Set up, organize, and maintain secure data rooms for various diligence projects
Assist with updates and coordination of employee-facing legal materials (e.g., employee handbook)
Prepare signature packets, create and manage timelines and project checklists, coordinate legalization processes for regulatory filings
Legal Operations & Process Improvement
Issue-spot bottlenecks in our legal workflows, recommend solutions, and implement scalable processes, including for CLM, corporate records, and matter tracking
Support contract lifecycle oversight by tracking renewals, expirations, obligations, and milestones, and managing reporting through our contract lifecycle management (CLM) software
Build and maintain internal legal knowledge repositories (e.g., contract playbooks, clause libraries, FAQs)
Triage and manage legal requests from internal teams via intake forms, Slack bots, or ticketing systems
Manage vendor performance for the legal team
Risk Management
Gather documentation and prepare response materials for audits and regulatory filings
Manage domestic and international lending and money transmitter licensing, registration, and renewal workflows
Support our compliance team as needed with the rollout of compliance policies
What we're looking for
At least 4 years of experience as a corporate or commercial paralegal in an AmLaw 200 law firm or a mature in-house legal department
Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of complex projects, including making independent decisions and managing ambiguity
Exceptional organization, a detail-oriented approach, and strong judgment and prioritization skills
Proven comfort with confidentiality and discretion
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and legal professionals
Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset
Comfort in navigating a rapidly changing environment with multiple moving parts and priorities
Proficiency with tools like GSuite or Office365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, DocuSign, data rooms, and contract management software (e.g., SpotDraft or Ironclad)
