If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
Role:
As Head of Machine Learning, Application Fraud at SentiLink, you will directly manage a team of talented data scientists that build our suite of products: models that identify fraudsters and also advance our growing suite of products in financial risk. In this capacity, you will be relied upon to be a technical leader, mentor, and owner of your respective domain, both for your own team and the organization. Utilize your abilities as a strong data scientist to mentor your team, probe their understanding and challenge them to do their best work. Your team will often work on projects with high visibility and impact that require deep domain understanding, critical thinking and strong technical abilities. This role requires managing full-stack data scientists, whose work involves model development, analysis, and writing production code. You yourself should share that same skillset and be interested in having end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment where deep domain understanding drives development and unusual insights drive our competitive advantage rather than optimization of new machine learning methodologies.
Technologies: Python 3, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Directly manage a team of highly skilled data scientists. Start from 2-3 and grow to 5-6.
Act as a technical mentor that can dive deep and provide detailed direction.
Lead planning, resourcing and communications with senior leadership, product and engineering teams.
Develop strong business intuition and guide your team to deliver performant DS solutions on aggressive timelines.
Develop and maintain SentiLink’s fraud detection models through the full model development lifespan: from data acquisition decisions through featurization, focusing labeling resources, model training, experimentation, productionalization, and monitoring.
Research new types of fraud and develop new SentiLink products around identity verification.
Achieve success by researching / developing through iteration, integration of new data sources and inventive feature engineering.
Write production-ready code that can be relied on for real-time decision making by our partners.
Design, perform, and present analyses that will inform data acquisition, product development, risk operations priorities, marketing, and sales efforts.
Requirements:
10+ years relevant work experience & relevant Masters or 7+ years & relevant PhD.
4-7 years experience directly managing a team of data scientists, ideally in a startup environment.
3+ years of startup experience.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Proven track record of solving complex / high profile business problems with DS / ML solutions.
Experience in communicating outcomes / progress to senior management / stakeholders.
Very strong in “end to end” DS development: Planning, fleshing out success criteria / metrics, getting buy-in, developing the solution, delivering the solution (prod / deck / strategy doc / etc).
Strong practical ML / Stats knowledge, i.e. can easily employ the suite of standard ML / stats tools to quickly scope out solutions, and double down where needed. Experience with SOTA ML solutions is a plus.
Interest in developing deep domain expertise for product-focused work: a background in fraud is not required, but willingness to learn is.
Experience writing production code and tests.
Detail oriented and thoughtful—someone we can rely on to make business-changing decisions.
Thrive in a fast paced environment characterized by the need to solve extremely varied, high impact, open ended problems.
Bonus for familiarity with: identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
Compensation:

This role requires managing full-stack data scientists, whose work involves model development, analysis, and writing production code. You yourself should share that same skillset and be interested in having end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment where deep domain understanding drives development and unusual insights drive our competitive advantage rather than optimization of new machine learning methodologies.
Technologies: Python 3, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage a team of highly skilled data scientists. Start from 2-3 and grow to 5-6.
- Act as a technical mentor that can dive deep and provide detailed direction.
- Lead planning, resourcing and communications with senior leadership, product and engineering teams.
- Develop strong business intuition and guide your team to deliver performant DS solutions on aggressive timelines.
- Develop and maintain SentiLink’s fraud detection models through the full model development lifespan: from data acquisition decisions through featurization, focusing labeling resources, model training, experimentation, productionalization, and monitoring.
- Research new types of fraud and develop new SentiLink products around identity verification.
- Achieve success by researching / developing through iteration, integration of new data sources and inventive feature engineering.
- Write production-ready code that can be relied on for real-time decision making by our partners.
- Design, perform, and present analyses that will inform data acquisition, product development, risk operations priorities, marketing, and sales efforts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years relevant work experience & relevant Masters or 7+ years & relevant PhD.
- 4-7 years experience directly managing a team of data scientists, ideally in a startup environment.
- 3+ years of startup experience.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Proven track record of solving complex / high profile business problems with DS / ML solutions.
- Experience in communicating outcomes / progress to senior management / stakeholders.
- Very strong in “end to end” DS development: Planning, fleshing out success criteria / metrics, getting buy-in, developing the solution, delivering the solution (prod / deck / strategy doc / etc).
- Strong practical ML / Stats knowledge, i.e. can easily employ the suite of standard ML / stats tools to quickly scope out solutions, and double down where needed. Experience with SOTA ML solutions is a plus.
- Interest in developing deep domain expertise for product-focused work: a background in fraud is not required, but willingness to learn is.
- Experience writing production code and tests.
- Detail oriented and thoughtful—someone we can rely on to make business-changing decisions.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment characterized by the need to solve extremely varied, high impact, open ended problems.
- Bonus for familiarity with: identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States.
COMPENSATION:
$210,000-$260,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS:
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!

- Follow Through
- Deep Understanding
- Whatever It Takes

SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.
We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.
We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
Role:
SentiLink is looking for high-agency builders who don’t just want to join a role, they want to define one.
This is an open-ended, product-oriented hiring track for individuals who see an opportunity at SentiLink and want to pitch it. Rather than hiring into a predefined role, we are looking for people who can identify high-impact opportunities, articulate why they matter, and lead them from idea to execution.
As part of the process, you will be asked to propose a product, initiative, or new area of investment for SentiLink. We’re looking for candidates who combine strong product thinking, business acumen, and execution ability.
During the recruiting process, we will work with you to identify a product role where you can have the greatest impact based on your pitch, strengths and interests, as well as business needs.
Your pitch should answer:
What do you want to build at SentiLink?
Why do you think this would be compelling for SentiLink?
Why are you well-positioned to lead this?
What resources would you need to be successful?
What you’ll do:
If selected, you will take ownership of a high-impact product or business initiative and drive it from concept through execution. This may include:
Defining and validating new product opportunities
Translating ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
Leading cross-functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations
Owning product direction, execution, and outcomes
Partnering closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives
Building 0→1 products or scaling early-stage bets
This role is intentionally flexible, you may operate as a product leader, GM, or hybrid operator depending on the opportunity.
Examples of areas you might propose or lead:
New fraud or identity products
AI-driven product experiences or workflows
Expansion into new customer segments or verticals
Internal platform or tooling innovations
New GTM motions tied to product innovation
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for builders with deep experience in financial services, who are excited to move from identifying problems to building solutions.
You’re highly analytical, structured in your thinking, and able to break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities. You’ve driven complex initiatives end-to-end, influenced stakeholders, and are comfortable using data to inform decisions.
You have strong product instincts: you can translate business problems into compelling product ideas and communicate them clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. You operate with high ownership, move quickly, and thrive in 0→1 environments.
Compensation:
$180,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits
Note: Leveling and compensation will be determined based on experience, scope, and the nature of the opportunity defined through your pitch.
Perks:
Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
Flexible paid time off
Regular company-wide in-person events
Home office stipend, and more!

Role:
As a Senior Events Manager at SentiLink, you will own and execute high-impact events and field marketing programs that drive pipeline and deepen relationships with our target customers. This includes leading SentiLink’s presence at key industry conferences as well as designing and executing targeted roadshows in priority markets.
You’ll play a critical role in building our presence in the fraud, identity, and financial services ecosystem—through industry events, hosted experiences, and partner activations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: equally comfortable planning a multi-city roadshow as you are rolling up your sleeves onsite to ensure flawless delivery. We’re looking for someone who is energized by the opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help collaborate to shape the future of our events program.
This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
Own the strategy and execution of SentiLink’s field marketing and events program, including industry conferences, hosted events, partner activations, and regional roadshows
Plan and execute multi-city roadshows in key markets, including venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and local promotion
Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and regions, driving attendance and meeting generation for roadshows and events
Manage end-to-end event execution: vendor coordination, logistics, booth strategy, content, and onsite execution
Drive measurable pipeline impact from events and roadshows, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event conversion
Develop creative, differentiated event experiences that reinforce SentiLink’s brand and thought leadership
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment across channels
Track and report on performance, including pipeline generated, ROI, and key learnings across events and roadshows
Manage event budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact
Support broader demand generation initiatives as needed (e.g., webinars, campaigns, content distribution)
Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry organizations, and event vendors
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in field marketing and events within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
Proven track record of executing events and/or roadshows that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Experience planning and running multi-city or regional event programs
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive meeting generation and pipeline outcomes
Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to operate independently
Creative thinker with a passion for building memorable, high-quality experiences
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event platforms is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for events, roadshows, and onsite execution
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Compensation:
$140,000 - $170,000/year + equity + benefits
Perks:
Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
