SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE:
As a Senior Events Manager at SentiLink, you will own and execute high-impact events and field marketing programs that drive pipeline and deepen relationships with our target customers. This includes leading SentiLink’s presence at key industry conferences as well as designing and executing targeted roadshows in priority markets.
You’ll play a critical role in building our presence in the fraud, identity, and financial services ecosystem—through industry events, hosted experiences, and partner activations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: equally comfortable planning a multi-city roadshow as you are rolling up your sleeves onsite to ensure flawless delivery. We’re looking for someone who is energized by the opportunity to contribute to a growing team and help collaborate to shape the future of our events program.
This is a remote, US-based role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the strategy and execution of SentiLink’s field marketing and events program, including industry conferences, hosted events, partner activations, and regional roadshows
- Plan and execute multi-city roadshows in key markets, including venue selection, audience targeting, partner coordination, and local promotion
- Partner closely with Sales to identify priority accounts and regions, driving attendance and meeting generation for roadshows and events
- Manage end-to-end event execution: vendor coordination, logistics, booth strategy, content, and onsite execution
- Drive measurable pipeline impact from events and roadshows, including pre-event outreach, onsite engagement, and post-event conversion
- Develop creative, differentiated event experiences that reinforce SentiLink’s brand and thought leadership
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment across channels
- Track and report on performance, including pipeline generated, ROI, and key learnings across events and roadshows
- Manage event budgets and optimize spend for maximum impact
- Support broader demand generation initiatives as needed (e.g., webinars, campaigns, content distribution)
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, industry organizations, and event vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing and events within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record of executing events and/or roadshows that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience planning and running multi-city or regional event programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to drive meeting generation and pipeline outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills and ability to operate independently
- Creative thinker with a passion for building memorable, high-quality experiences
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or event platforms is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40% for events, roadshows, and onsite execution
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
COMPENSATION:
$140,000 - $170,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS:
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

Role:
As a Senior Applied ML Scientist at SentiLink, you will build our core products: models that identify fraudsters and also advance our growing suite of products in financial risk. As an experienced researcher you will be relied upon to be technically capable and the definitive owner of your respective domain. You will often work on projects with high visibility and impact that require deep domain understanding, critical thinking and strong technical abilities. You will work with teams across the company to research new types of fraud, develop new products, and provide analysis to drive sales and marketing. This is a full-stack data science role, involving model development, analysis, and writing production code. You should be interested in having end-to-end ownership and a fast-moving environment where deep domain understanding drives development and unusual insights drive our competitive advantage rather than optimization of new machine learning methodologies.
We have open roles on multiple teams including:
Emerging Products - focuses on 0-to-1 development of new offerings brought to market
Application Fraud - analyzes the foundational elements of consumer financial applications to detect all forms of fraud
Identity - resolves identities across massive, often conflicting data sources (both digital and physical) and generates risk models from limited information
Technologies: Python 3, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SentiLink’s fraud detection models through the full model development lifespan: from data acquisition decisions through featurization, focusing labeling resources, model training, experimentation, productionalization, and monitoring.
Build foundational modeling to drive SentiLink’s expanding suite of Fraud and Financial Risk products.
Research new types of fraud and develop new SentiLink products around identity verification.
Achieve success by researching / developing through iteration, integration of new data sources and inventive feature engineering.
Write production-ready code that can be relied on for real-time decision making by our partners.
Design, perform, and present analyses that will inform data acquisition, product development, risk operations priorities, marketing, and sales efforts.
Work with engineering, risk operations, and data acquisitions to access necessary data, maintain data quality, and support data access
Requirements:
4+ years relevant work experience & relevant PhD or 6+ years & relevant Masters
Proven track record of solving complex / high profile business problems with DS / ML solutions
Experience in communicating outcomes / progress to senior management / stakeholders
Very strong in “end to end” DS development: Planning, fleshing out success criteria / metrics, getting buy-in, developing the solution, delivering the solution (prod / deck / strategy doc / etc)
Strong practical ML / Stats knowledge, i.e. can easily employ the suite of standard ML / stats tools to quickly scope out solutions, and double down where needed. Experience with SOTA ML solutions is a plus
Interest in developing deep domain expertise for product-focused work: a background in fraud is not required, but willingness to learn is
Experience writing production code and tests
Detail oriented and thoughtful - someone we can rely on to make business-changing decisions
Bonus for familiarity with: identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries
Experience working at a startup strongly preferred
Thrive in a fast paced environment characterized by the need to solve extremely varied, high impact, open ended problems.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

ROLE:
As a Staff Applied ML Scientist at SentiLink, you will build our core products: models that identify fraudsters and also advance our growing suite of products in financial risk.
- Emerging Products - focuses on 0-to-1 development of new offerings brought to market
- Application Fraud - analyzes the foundational elements of consumer financial applications to detect all forms of fraud
- Identity - resolves identities across massive, often conflicting data sources (both digital and physical) and generates risk models from limited information
TECHNOLOGIES:
Python 3, PostgreSQL, and AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain SentiLink’s fraud detection models through the full model development lifespan: from data acquisition decisions through featurization, focusing labeling resources, model training, experimentation, productionalization, and monitoring.
- Build foundational modeling to drive SentiLink’s expanding suite of Fraud and Financial Risk products.
- Research new types of fraud and develop new SentiLink products around identity verification.
- Achieve success by researching / developing through iteration, integration of new data sources and inventive feature engineering.
- Write production-ready code that can be relied on for real-time decision making by our partners.
- Design, perform, and present analyses that will inform data acquisition, product development, risk operations priorities, marketing, and sales efforts.
- Work with engineering, risk operations, and data acquisitions to access necessary data, maintain data quality, and support data access
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years relevant work experience & relevant PhD or 8+ years & relevant Masters
- Proven track record of solving complex / high profile business problems with DS / ML solutions
- Experience in communicating outcomes / progress to senior management / stakeholders
- Very strong in “end to end” DS development: Planning, fleshing out success criteria / metrics, getting buy-in, developing the solution, delivering the solution (prod / deck / strategy doc / etc)
- Strong practical ML / Stats knowledge, i.e. can easily employ the suite of standard ML / stats tools to quickly scope out solutions, and double down where needed. Experience with SOTA ML solutions is a plus
- Interest in developing deep domain expertise for product-focused work: a background in fraud is not required, but willingness to learn is

Role:
We’re looking for a leader with a technical background and deep understanding of data to lead internal initiatives within SentiLink’s Tech organization. This team builds and maintains SentiLink’s core internal technology, spanning critical datasets, internal services, and the underlying platforms that support our products and analytics. Many of these systems are data-heavy and highly interdependent, requiring strong product stewardship to ensure clarity, quality, and coordinated execution.
While the portfolio will include a range of internal technical projects, many of the most impactful initiatives are deeply data-driven. You will work on efforts that improve how we acquire, structure, and operationalize data across the company—building internal assets that support both current product lines and future innovation. You will bring product discipline and project leadership to work that spans engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams.
In this role, you will partner with teams across the company to understand how internal systems and datasets are used today and what they must support as we scale. You will translate varied internal needs into clear product requirements, prioritize improvements, and drive delivery from concept through adoption.
Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives, with a strong focus on data‐intensive systems and foundational datasets.
Lead cross-functional efforts to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems, including datasets, shared services, and internal platforms.
Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets, ensuring they scale with evolving product, analytics, and operational needs.
Partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product stakeholders to understand use cases, clarify requirements, and identify interdependencies.
Manage prioritization across competing internal demands, balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value.
Translate complex internal needs into clear, actionable specifications and ensure alignment across teams.
Apply structured project management to initiatives with multiple teams, ambiguous problem spaces, and intricate technical dependencies.
Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets, such as quality, completeness, latency, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, with a focus on data platform.
Hands-on experience working with large datasets, ideally in distributed or big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, similar).
Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, data cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on deeply technical problem spaces.
Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and managing substantial cross-functional dependencies.
Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver predictable execution on complex technical programs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate alignment across teams.
A forward-looking, durability-focused mindset—ensuring internal systems and datasets are built for scale, maintainability, and long-term adaptability.
Salary Range:
$180,000/year - $230,000/year + equity + benefits
