The Manager, Media Operations owns the execution and optimization of SharkNinja's Demand Acceleration Platform, ensuring paid media campaigns launch accurately, measure consistently, and operate within global standards.
This role is the operational owner for media, analytics, technology, and agency teams across campaign trafficking, naming conventions, data quality, tagging standards, reporting readiness, and workflow design. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically minded, and brings a point of view on how world-class media operations enable faster decision-making and stronger business results.

- Own documentation, templates, creative specifications, and operational resources.
Data Quality & Measurement
- Own implementation and maintenance of taxonomy standards across platforms.
- Manage campaign tracking, UTMs, tags, and pixels, holding the bar on data quality and consistency.
- Lead investigation of data discrepancies and drive resolution with analytics teams.
- Own accurate campaign metadata supporting reporting, attribution, and financial reconciliation.
- Ensure measurement readiness for dashboards, experiments, and reporting initiatives.

- Own workflows from campaign intake through launch and reporting.
- Set and maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation.
- Define and manage operational service levels, holding the function to launch timelines.
- Drive efficiency gains through templates, automation, and streamlined processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and set operational best practices.
Brand Safety & Compliance
- Own implementation of brand safety and suitability controls across platforms.
- Manage verification tools and compliance requirements.
- Own documentation for tracking governance, privacy requirements, and platform updates.
- Assess and escalate risks with a recommended course of action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media planning, investment, analytics, creative, finance, and regional media teams.
- Manage agency and vendor partners against operational requirements.
- Represent media operations in project forums on operational readiness, campaign launches, and process improvements.
- Serve as the accountable owner for day-to-day media operations.
