Job Description Function: Data Science and Analysis → Data Science / Machine Learning, IT Operations and Support → DevOps / Cloud, Software Engineering → Engineering Management agentic agents Azure CI / CD DevOps embeddings GCP +8 more GenAI governance LLM MLOps observability pipelines RAG Vertex AI Reponsibilities: Lead a high-performing team of AI engineers in India to deliver secure, scalable AI and agentic solutions into production. Run structured intake for new AI opportunities, working with Product, Commercial, Data Science and Engineering teams in India and the UK to clarify business problems, define scope and success metrics, and shape roadmaps. Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on GCP, leveraging Vertex AI (models, endpoints, pipelines, vector search/RAG, Agent Builder) and core GCP services. Use Microsoft AI / Azure AI Foundry (or equivalent) and modern agent platforms to design and implement agentic workflows, tools and integrations with internal and external systems. Design AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows, including tool calling, MCP servers and agent-to-agent protocols, to automate and augment retail media and insight use cases. Ensure security, privacy and governance across AI solutions, including handling of sensitive data, access control, secrets management and safety/guardrail mechanisms. Define and embed DevOps/MLOps practices for AI (CI/CD for models, prompts and agents; infrastructure as code; environment promotion; blue/green and canary releases; incident response). Implement robust observability for AI systems: tracing prompts and tool calls, logging, metrics, dashboards and alerts to monitor quality, performance and cost. Establish AI testing and evaluation strategies: online and online model evaluation, red-teaming, regression testing, and human-in-the-loop review and feedback loops. Act as a hands-on technical leader, reviewing designs and code, unblocking complex problems, and setting engineering standards and best practices for AI delivery. Coach, mentor, and develop AI engineers, supporting their growth and ensuring a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous improvement. Requirements: Strong experience in software/data/ML engineering, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production. Proven experience leading AI/ML/LLM engineering teams or acting as a senior technical lead, ideally in a global or distributed setup. Deep practical knowledge of GCP and Vertex AI, with experience designing and operating production workloads using Vertex AI models, endpoints, pipelines and RAG/vector search. Experience with Microsoft AI / Azure AI Foundry or similar platforms, and familiarity with at least one modern agentic AI framework or platform. Solid understanding of LLMs and foundation models (transformers, tokenisation, context windows, embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning vs adapters vs prompts, tool calling and risks such as hallucinations or prompt injection). Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents or agentic workflows, integrating them with tools, APIs and internal systems, and managing their reliability, safety and observability. Strong background in security, governance and compliance for AI solutions, including handling of sensitive data, role-based access controls and auditability. Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices for AI: CI/CD, model and prompt versioning, environment management, infrastructure as code, monitoring and incident management. Knowledge of AI evaluation techniques and model testing, including experiment design, quantitative and qualitative evaluation, and human-in-the-loop processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate effectively with teams in India and internationally, and to balance ambition, feasibility and risk. Job Description Function: Data Science and Analysis → Data Analysis / Business Intelligence Oracle analytics workforce The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: Strategic Workforce Analytics and Insight: Deliver integrated workforce and people analytics that enable evidence-based decision-making aligned to People and Workforce Strategy. Generate actionable insights across workforce structure, roles, capacity, productivity, skills, and costs, moving beyond descriptive reporting. Translate complex, multisource datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations. Workforce Data Integration and Intelligence: Integrate workforce data across HR systems, Finance, and other people data sources to create a single, aligned view of workforce intelligence. Align metrics, assumptions, and reporting standards across HR, Finance, and Strategy to drive shared understanding. Partner closely with Finance to connect workforce and cost analytics with financial planning and performance management. Dashboarding and Reporting Transformation: Design, build, and maintain integrated workforce analytics dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. Drive the shift toward dashboard-led analytics, reducing fragmented, manual reporting. Ensure dashboards are intuitive, standardised, and tailored for senior leadership decision-making with clear data definitions. Continuously measure and improve dashboard adoption, usability, and business impact. Reporting Simplification and Optimisation: Lead the rationalisation and simplification of workforce reporting, eliminating duplication and low-value outputs. Replace activity-based reporting with insight-driven, decision-focused analytics. Establish a scalable and efficient analytics framework across the People function. Advanced Analytics, Automation and AI Enablement: Apply AI-enabled techniques and automation to enhance the speed, consistency, and quality of insight generation. Use advanced analytics to surface trends, patterns, and forward-looking workforce intelligence, while ensuring practical and business-aligned application. Support workforce initiatives and strategic programmes through structured, predictive insights. Data Governance and Quality Stewardship: Establish and maintain clear definitions, standards, and governance for workforce analytics (especially within Oracle HCM environments). Improve confidence in workforce data through transparency of methodologies, assumptions, and calculations. Act as a steward of highquality, decision-ready workforce insight across the organisation. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior HR leaders, Finance, and Strategy teams to support workforce strategy execution. Enable self-service insights where appropriate while guiding stakeholders on data interpretation. Support key workforce planning and organisational initiatives through insight-led collaboration. Requirements: Demonstrated ability in data storytelling, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable, leadership-ready insights. 7-10 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles, preferably in complex or matrixed environments. Knowledge of Oracle HCM data modules, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI. Proven experience in designing and delivering dashboard-led workforce analytics solutions(Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). Advanced analytical capability using Excel, SQL, and BI platforms. Demonstrated ability in data storytelling, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable, leadership-ready insights. Experience leveraging automation and AI-enabled analytics techniques to enhance reporting and insight generation. Strong understanding of workforce concepts, including capacity, productivity, performance, costs, roles, and skills.
