At Krea, we are building next-generation AI creative tools.
We're dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives - our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. We believe AI is a new medium that allows us to express ourselves through various formats - text, images, video, sound, and even 3D. We're building better, smarter, and more controllable tools to harness this medium. We recently took this a step forward with the , our first foundation model, built completely from scratch for aesthetic diversity and stylistic control.
We've raised over $83M and are backed by world-class investors such as a16z, Bain Capital, and Abstract. We work full-time and in-person at our waterfront office in San Francisco. We care about creativity: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers.
This role
We need someone to sell Krea's models directly to other companies, either through our API or as open-weight models they self-host. Your buyer is a developer or product team building something on top of Krea, not a creator using the app. You'll own this from the first conversation to the signed deal.
It's a new motion for us, so you'll be figuring out a lot of it as you go.
What you’ll do
Find and close deals with companies who want to use Krea's models in their own products
Talk to developers and technical teams, understand what they're building, and help them figure out the right setup — API, self-hosted, custom license
Negotiate and close API and licensing deals, including bespoke enterprise terms
Work with product and engineering when a deal needs something nonstandard
Tell us what's actually blocking deals — pricing, licensing, missing features — so we can fix it
What we're looking for
You've closed B2B deals before, ideally to developers or technical teams
You've sold API, developer, or infrastructure products, so you're not scared of a conversation about rate limits or licensing terms
You can talk to an engineer about how our models work without a solutions engineer holding your hand
You're fine building process instead of following one
Nice to have
You've sold AI models or ML infrastructure before
You know your way around open-source/open-weight licensing
You already know people at AI startups or companies building on generative media
You're into image/video generation as a space

We're dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives - our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. This role
We’re hiring someone to help us build the enterprise motion with studios, agencies, brands, and innovation teams. You’ll handle the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demos, pilots, contracts, and expansion. We’re especially interested in people who know creative workflows and tools, and want to grow the sales side with a strong execution mindset.
What you’ll do
Build the enterprise motion: qualify opportunities, design pilot plans, set success criteria, and drive multi-threaded deals from first conversation to signed agreements
Run discovery and tailor demos to creative and technical buyers
Be the creative’s partner: map real workflows (storyboards, lookdev, asset pipelines, versioning, review cycles) to where Krea is uniquely strong
Handle the details: pricing and packaging, proposals / order forms, MSAs/DPAs, and security questionnaires as needed
Spin up repeatable systems: sequences, collateral, case studies, references, pricing & packaging feedback, light CRM hygiene
Close the loop: bring insights back to product / engineering; shape our roadmap for control, quality, speed, and collaboration features
Own post-pilot lift: expansion plans, enablement, and partner plays with agencies and integrators
What we're looking for
You’ve worked around creatives and understand their workflows (design, motion, VFX, fames, brand)
High execution and go-getter attitude - you own scheduling, notes, emails, docs, and you have the agency to keep momentum and close deals
High attention to detail: you go deep on the fine print, spot edge cases, and catch issues before they surface
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
You’re genuinely obsessed with Krea and the creative AI space
Past enterprise or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
What we offer
